1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. rum or bourbon
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp. corn syrup or honey

Mix bourbon and corn syrup together. Then mix with combined vanilla wafer crumbs, pecans and cocoa. Roll into balls about the size of a large pecan and then roll in powdered sugar. These keep well, that is if you can keep them.
