WALNUT RUM BALLS 
2 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. rum or bourbon
Powdered sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients well. Add syrup and rum. Roll into 1 inch balls then roll balls in powdered sugar. Store in covered container.
