RUM BALLS 
4 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
4 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 c. rum
5 tbsp. cocoa
Confectioners' sugar

Blend finely crushed crumbs with pecans and cocoa; mix well. Blend corn syrup, bourbon and rum. Stir into crumbs. Shape into 1" balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Store overnight before using.
