CAESAR PORK ROAST | |
1/2 tsp. dried thyme 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 lb boneless pork loin roast 1/4 cup reduced-fat bottled Caesar style vinaigrette salad dressing Preheat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, combine thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Rub mix over roast. Place pork in a small roasting pan, roast for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Baste with salad dressing last 20 minutes of cook time. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
