“CAESAR PORK ROAST” IS IN:

CAESAR PORK ROAST 
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 lb boneless pork loin roast
1/4 cup reduced-fat bottled Caesar style vinaigrette salad dressing

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In small bowl, combine thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Rub mix over roast. Place pork in a small roasting pan, roast for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Baste with salad dressing last 20 minutes of cook time.

Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

Didn't have the Caesar style vinaigrette salad dressing. Substituted raspberry vinaigrette. Also substituted crush red pepper. Followed your directions exactly. Simple and so easy. Beautiful crust and inside was to perfection. This recipe is a keeper.

I added minced garlic and used regular Caesar dressing I had on hand. I cooked at 400°F for one hour since I had a smaller roast. This tasted great, fantastic idea to put the salad dressing on.

I used Ken's Garlic Parmesan dressing (only comes in the smaller bottles) as an overnight marinade, and also basted during cooking. Was fabulous, a great change-up.
