“CAJUN CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE” IS IN:

CAJUN CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE 
1 tbsp. canola or olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 lb andouille sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 (14.5 oz cans) diced tomatoes, undrained
3 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, ans sausage. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken, sauté 4 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes, Cajun seasoning, and salt. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 6 minutes.
