MOM EVANS SUMMER SLAW 
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 red and 1 yellow or purple pepper, thinly sliced
1 large grated carrot
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seeds

Mix together and store in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving. Will keep in refrigerator for 3-4 weeks. Good good good!
