SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. sausage, regular or hot
9 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices white bread, cut in 1/4 inch cubes
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Stir in bread, sausage, and cheese. Spoon into greased 9 x 13 inch pan or casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until it is golden brown and firm in the middle.

Makes 10-12 servings.

For a small dish, use the amounts below: 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1 1/2 c. milk 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 slices white bread, cut in 1/4 inch cubes 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
