SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. sausage, cooked, drained, and crumbled
1 doz. eggs
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
2/3 c. whipping cream or evaporated milk

Beat eggs and cream together. Stir in sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a rectangular dish. Serves 12 to 15 people. Recipe may be divided in half.
