SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
3 pieces of bread, crusts cut off
9 eggs
1 1/2 lbs. Cheddar cheese (sharp is best)
1 1/2 lbs. sausage
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard

Brown and drain sausage. Mix eggs, milk, dry spices and bread. Put in sausage and cheese. Place in casserole dish and refrigerate overnight. Cook next morning at 350 degrees for one - 1 1/2 hours. Bake uncovered.
