1 box strawberry, chocolate or lemon flavored cake mix
1 egg
1 tsp. flavoring to match cake flavor
6 oz. Cool Whip

Mix Cool Whip, egg and flavoring with wire whip. Add cake mix and stir with a spoon until moistened enough to form dough. May need a bit more Cool Whip. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Soft and chewy cookie.
