EASY PEACH COBBLER 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
2 c. peeled peaches, sliced

Melt or cream the butter. Add flour, baking powder, sugar and gradually add milk. Place mixture into a flat baking pan and drop the peaches on top.

May add small amount of confectioners' sugar to peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This cobbler makes its own crust in the baking process.
