BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lbs. beef sirloin steak (cut in bite size or strips)
1 can mushrooms
1 c. minced onion
1/4 c. butter
2 cans beef bouillon soup (10 1/2 oz.)
1/4 c. catsup
2 sm. cloves of garlic or garlic salt
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. flour
2 c. sour cream

Brown meat, saute mushrooms and onions (save 2/3 can of bouillon). Mix flour with rest of bouillon soup, add sour cream just before serving.
