BAKED CORN PUDDING 
12 ears of corn
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk

Grate corn in bowl. Beat eggs. Mix salt, sugar and eggs. Add to the corn. Melt butter and add to the mixture. Bake in a 10" pie plate until golden brown on top.
