STUFFED DILL PICKLES | |
Large pickles 1/2 tsp. parsley 1 tsp. pimento 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese Salt and pepper to taste With an apple corer, remove center of pickles. Reserve centers for use in salads and sandwiches. Mix cheese with snipped parsley and chopped pimento. Stuff center of pickles. Chill. Slice rings into desired thickness. |
