"NO FAIL OATMEAL BREAD" 
2 c. quick oats
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 tbsp. salt

Mix above ingredients together in very large bowl.

Add to above and stir.

Add an stir well again.

Add and mix well. 2 c. whole wheat flour Approx. 6 c. unbleached or all-purpose flour

Add wheat germ and flour until it becomes difficult to mix, then turn out on a floured board and knead in remaining flour until smooth. Place dough in greased bowl and let rise in warm place until double in bulk. Turn out on board and knead down. Form into loaves and place in greased pans about 1/2 full. Allow dough to rise to top of pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
