CAJUN BEAN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans in tomato sauce
1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

In medium bowl combine all ingredients, toss gently to coat. Cover. Refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours. Makes 3 cups or 6 servings.
