PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 potatoes, quartered
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 tsp. butter

In a large ziplock bag, mix together the flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add the potatoes and shake to coat. Melt the butter in a 12"x7" glass casserole dish. Place the coated potatoes in the casserole dish. Bake, uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour, turning the potatoes once.
