OMELET 
4 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. softened butter
1 tbsp. water

Beat egg whites. Beat together egg yolks, pepper, flour, butter and water. Fold into egg whites. Pour into greased skillet. Cover. Reduce heat. Cook 8- 10 minutes. Fold in half and serve.
