PER OMELET:

2 eggs
freezer (quart-sized) Ziploc bag

ADD YOUR FAVORITE OMELET INGREDIENTS SUCH AS:

grated cheese (your choice)
chopped ham
diced onion
chopped bell pepper
chopped tomatoes
etc..

Start a large pot of water to boil. Open Ziploc, add 2 eggs to bag. Close bag and shake. Open bag and add your favorite omelet ingredients. Close bag again and re-shake. Open bag and remove all air from bag. Reclose.

Place bag in pot of boiling water for 13 minutes. Remove from boiling water and cut the top off of Ziploc bag. The omelet will roll right out of bag onto your plate.

Note: You can make these ahead and store in the refrigerator the night before for a large crowd and in the morning you can have everything ready for the pot of boiling water!
