DEEP DISH TURKEY PIE 
6 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. chicken-flavored instant bouillon
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. milk
3 c. cooked turkey, cubed
1 c. cooked carrots, sliced
1 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
1 c. frozen green peas, thawed
2 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix

Preheat oven to 375°F. In large saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, bouillon and pepper. Over medium heat, gradually add milk; cook and stir until mixture thickens. Add remaining ingredients, except baking mix; mix well. Pour into 2 1/2-quart baking dish.

Prepare baking mix according to directions for rolled biscuits. Roll out to cover dish; cut slashes in center of dough. Place on top of dish; crimp edges. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes or until golden. Refrigerate leftovers.

Serves 6.
