GROUND TURKEY SHEPHERD PIE | |
2 lbs. ground turkey (ground beef also used) 4 med. potatoes 2 cans cream corn 1 med. chopped onion 1 tbsp. butter Saute onion and meat in skillet, drain and place in bottom of 10 inch casserole. Add cream corn to second layer. Cover with mashed potatoes. Add small pats butter topping. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes form golden crust. |
