SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into cubes
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. Wesson oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 green peppers, cut into 1" pieces
1 1/2 c. (13 1/4 oz. can) undrained pineapple tidbits or chunks
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 med. or 2 small tomatoes, cut into 8 pieces

Coat pork with flour. In large skillet, brown meat on all sides in hot oil, stirring occasionally. Add salt and water. Simmer, covered, 30 minutes. Add green peppers, pineapple, sugar and vinegar. Combine cornstarch and soy sauce and stir into meat mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles. 4 servings.
