1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 sq. chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted shortening

The stiffly beaten egg whites are folded in last. Drop by spoonfuls on 4 sections of a hot waffle iron. Bake only a couple minutes or less! When cool frost with chocolate frosting.
