STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST 
6 chicken breasts, seasoned, boned or cutlets
Cheese & herb croutons
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Flour for coating
Oil for frying (deep) (can be baked)

Prepare breasts. Season, making deep pockets in flesh or wrap. Prepare this stuffing: 1 box cheese, herb or garlic croutons, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Mix together with softened butter. Roll into six balls. Place each ball in breast pocket (or wrap). Roll in flour. Heat oil until hot. Place each breast in oil, cooking until golden in color and crispy. Or bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
