ZESTY CHICKEN BREASTS | |
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin long strips 1/8 tsp. salt (can omit) 1/8 tsp. pepper 8 oz. bottle zesty Italian dressing 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 c. plain flour 1 c. oil for frying Wash and cut chicken breasts into strips. Drain slightly. Place into a container with the zesty Italian dressing and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Or just for a few hours. Drain well and pat dry. Mix the other ingredients in shaking bag and coat chicken well. Cook in the oil about 2 minutes each side. Serve warm. |
