CORN FRITTERS 
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten until light
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Mix together to make a batter. Melt oil or Crisco in frying pan. Spoon batter into hot frying grease as you would for frying pancakes. Brown lightly on both sides. Serve with maple syrup. Delicious.
