CHOCOLATE COOLER 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix crust ingredients well and pat into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool.

CREAM LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. EXTRA CREAMY Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix cream layer ingredients with an electric mixer and pour into crust. Next mix 3 1/2 ounce chocolate fudge instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour over the cream cheese layer. Finally, mix 3 1/2 ounce French vanilla instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour this over the fudge layer. Frost with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts if desired.
