GRANDMA'S THICK HOT CHOCOLATE AND SYRUP | |
PER SERVING: 1 cup prepared chocolate pudding 3 tbsp. heavy whipping cream, divided (optional) 1/2 tbsp. French vanilla coffee creamer (optional) 5 tbsp. milk, divided Empty your pudding into a microwaveable mug. Add 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, French vanilla creamer, and 3 tablespoons milk. Mix as much as you can then microwave for a minute, stirring in-between at 10 second intervals, then when at 30, stop stirring until 15 then continue microwaving. Add remaining ingredients and top with whipped cream. VARIATIONS: • For a festive variation, serve with a candy cane to stir! • For chocolate syrup, do not add remaining ingredients. • For a thinner version, add more milk. Submitted by: Gabi Zimmerman |
