ICED HOT CHOCOLATE 
1 cup dry milk powder (I use Red Cow)
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup creamer
dash of salt
1/2 cup chocolate syrup (Hershey's)
1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
4 cups ice
chocolate curls, for garnish (optional)

Combine dry milk powder, sugar, cocoa, creamer, salt, chocolate syrup and whipped topping in a blender container. Cover and blend for 30 seconds. Stop blender and add ice gradually.

Pour into glasses. Garnish with additional whipped topping and chocolate curls. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
