BREAKFAST PAN 
8 slices day old bread, torn up
2 c. diced ham
1 can mushrooms, drained
4 tbsp. onion
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. grated mild cheddar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tbsp. garlic salt

In a well buttered 9 x 13 inch pan, place torn bread on the bottom. Put onion, ham and mushrooms over the bread. Put grated cheese next, then sprinkle flour over the cheese. Beat together eggs, mustard, milk and garlic salt. Pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
