CHICKEN FAJITAS 
2 lg. chicken breasts, skinned & boned
2 med. sweet onions, finely sliced
1 lg. green pepper, sliced

MARINATE:

6 tbsp. white wine
12 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. black pepper
4 tsp. garlic powder

Cut chicken breasts into 1/2" strips 3" to 4" long.

Marinate chicken strips for at least 30 minutes. (Place in large zip lock bag. Squeeze out all air.)

Stir fry marinated chicken with 2 finely shredded onions and 1 sliced green pepper.

Serve in large, soft flour tortilla shells. (To heat shell, place between 2 large stoneware plates and microwave on full power for 15 to 30 seconds.)

Garnish fajitas with any or all of the following: salsa, guacamole, chopped onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, peppers, and olives.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
