8 qt. dry milk (white)
1 lb. Nestles chocolate
6 oz. dry cream (Cremora)
3/4 c. confectioners sugar

Mix all ingredients. Store in tightly covered container. To serve, use 1/3 cup of mix to 1 cup hot or cold water for each serving. May mix water with mixture, then heat slowly.
