CROW MOUNTAIN PEACH PIE 
1 lg. box peach Jello
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch
2 c. water (or water mixed with Sprite)

Mix water, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick. Add Jello and enough ripe peaches for 10" pie crust. Pour into cooked pie shell. Chill at least 4 hours and top with Cool Whip.
