MOUNTAIN PIE 
1 stick butter
2 1/2 lb. can sliced peaches
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder

Slice butter into an iron skillet. Dump in peaches. Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over peaches and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. Serve warm.
