PORK CHOPS MEXICANI 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. uncooked rice
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 med. green pepper, cut into 1/2" strips

Brown pork chops and place in single layer in 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with salt. Place rice around pork chops. Combine taco seasoning, tomato sauce and water and pour over pork chops and rice. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. During last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle cheddar cheese and green peppers over the top and finish baking.
