1 box chocolate cake mix

FOR TOPPING:

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 sticks melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa powder

Prepare cake mix according to package directions and pour into greased and floured 10 x 15 inch pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes (or until done).

While cake is cooking, combine topping ingredients in a large bowl and mix until large crumbs form. Place crumb mixture evenly over hot cake and return to oven for 10 more minutes. Remove cake from oven and cool. Sprinkle liberally with confectioners' sugar. (If you like alot of crumbs, you may double the topping and cook an extra 5 minutes.)
