RHUBARB CAKE WITH CRUMB TOPPING 
1 yellow cake mix
4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1" pieces
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello (dry)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Mix cake according to directions on box and pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" cake pan.

For the sauce, combine the rhubarb, 1/2 cup sugar and the dry Jello and pour over the cake batter.

For the crumb topping, combine the flour, 1/2 cup sugar and cut in the cold butter until it resembles coarse meal, sprinkle over the sauce mixture. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream topping.
