This is my own recipe - but I prepared a "downsized" version this past weekend for company. The original recipe makes a huge amount - enough for a crowd... but if you want a smaller version... buy 1/2 lb. approx of the cheese, two nice slices from a red onion - (minced fine) and add mayo until you get a great spreading consistency. You will LOVE this served with an assortment of crackers. Kroger this past week end - had this dip - a very small container, and it sold for between $6.00 & $7.00.. with that same amount of money - you can buy the cheese and make many people very happy.
