JARLESBURG CHEESE DIP | |
1.5 lbs of shredded Jarlesburg cheese 1 qt. mayonnaise 1 sm. red onion (finely minced) Place all ingredients in bowl; mix thoroughly. Chill 24 hours. This is sold in local Kroger's and is very expensive. Recipe was published. It is excellent. Can serve with crackers - can stuff mushrooms - stuff cherry tomatoes - stuff peppers - or put on burgers.
