CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. or more cut up chicken
1/2 lb. broken spaghetti, cooked & drained

Cook celery, onion and bell pepper in butter until tender. Add soup, broth and salt and pepper to taste. Mix with chicken and spaghetti. Put into 9 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
