PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat above ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

TOPPING:

Sprinkle with 1 package yellow cake mix over entire mixture. Pour 1 cup melted butter over cake mix and sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, no longer. Serve with whip cream if desired.
