BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion (med.) chopped
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt cheese and butter, add onions. Add soup (undiluted). Cook broccoli separately until tender, drain and add uncooked minute rice. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased 2 quart or so casserole dish. Cook at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until it browns a little on top and bubbles.
