BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 button garlic
2 c. rice
1 small onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
2 heads fresh broccoli (I steam mine)
1 jar Cheez Whiz or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Cook rice and pour into buttered casserole dish, about 13 x 9. Sauté onions, garlic and celery in butter. Add Cheez Whiz or Cheddar cheese soup and broccoli. Stir carefully and pour over rice and mix lightly.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
