CHEDDAR CHEESE AND BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 med. bell pepper
1 med. onion
1 box chopped broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 lb. or 3/4 c. rice
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Cook rice and set aside. Cook broccoli, onion and bell pepper in small amount of butter until tender. Add cream of mushroom soup and Cheez Whiz, mix thoroughly. Add cooked rice to vegetable mixture. Pour into casserole and garnish with grated Cheddar cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven until cheese melts.
