ICE CREAM JELLO PIE 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello or other flavor
2 c. hot water
2/3 c. fruit juice
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, add when hot
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Line bottom and sides of deep pie dish with lady fingers. When mixture is set add fruit. Pour in dish and cover with whipped cream. If using strawberry Jello, use strawberry ice cream with 1 large package frozen strawberries or 2 small packages strawberries, drained.
