PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 pkg. white cake mix 1 box pistachio instant pudding mix 3/4 c. oil 1 sm. bottle (10 oz.) club soda tonic water 3 eggs Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into 9"x13" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool. FROSTING: 1 box pistachio instant pudding mix 1/4 c. cold milk 12 oz. Cool Whip Beat according to directions on pudding box. Fold in large carton Cool Whip, spread on cooled cake. Cake has to be refrigerated. Can be baked in layer pans too. There's plenty of frosting. |
