DRESSING FOR 20 POUND TURKEY 
3 loaves dry bread, crumbled
1 tbsp. sage
3 lg. potatoes (raw - ground)
Salt and pepper
1 lb. butter
2 c. celery, diced
1 lg. onion, diced

Saute celery and onion in butter. Boil giblets and use broth for moistening.
