TURKEY DRESSING
Day old bread, torn up
Salt & pepper
1 egg
Turkey neck
Water
Celery seed
Onion, chopped
Oysters, optional

On the stove top, boil the turkey neck in water until thoroughly cooked. In a bowl combine torn up bread, salt and pepper, egg, celery seed and enough of the broth from the turkey neck to make a wet mixture. Add chopped onion, meat from the turkey neck and oysters (optional). Add more bread or broth to make a wet mixture. Not too dry and not soggy. Put in shallow pan and bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cooks best between 325 and 350 degrees, but adjusts to whatever is presently in the oven cooking.
