APPLESAUCE SWIRL CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 c. Luck Leaf Cinnamon Applesauce
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon
Confectioners sugar

Combine first 5 ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in raisins and vanilla. Pour into well greased bundt pan. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon mixture over batter and swirl through batter with a knife to achieve a marbled effect in the finished cake.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick inserted in center. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then loosen edges and turn out onto a rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
