CHOCOLATE OR PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
7 oz. marshmallow creme
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
12 oz. chocolate or peanut butter chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine butter, sugar and milk. Heat on medium until boiling. Let boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chips, cream and vanilla. Stir and pour into jelly roll pan.
