1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box Sunshine vanilla wafers
2 boxes midget aluminum cupcake papers
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Place papers on cookie sheets and place one wafer on bottom and fill with mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Fill with pie filling and refrigerate. Yield: 50.
